Yes. The RoboVac will automatically return to the auto-empty station to empty dust after it finishes cleaning. You can set the number of times for RoboVac to clean before it auto-empties: after 1 clean, after 2 cleans, or after 3 cleans.
2. What is the compatible voltage for eufy Clean G40+?
It has 2 versions (220V-240V; 100V-120V) that are compatible with the voltage requirements of different countries/regions. Please choose the suitable version as required when you purchase your RoboVac.
3. How often should I empty the dust bag for eufy Clean G40+？
eufy Clean G40+ automatically empties waste for up to 60 days *, and keeps dust trapped behind 3 layers of filtration so it doesn’t seep back into your home. Up to 99.9% of particles, as small as 0.3 microns are captured.
4. Can I modify the map on eufy Clean G40+ via the eufy Clean app?
No. The cleaning history only displays the “cleaning area” and “cleaning time” for your reference. It cleans according to the zigzag cleaning method. When cleaning is finished, it will clean the edges and corners by following the edges of the house.
5. Can eufy Clean G40+ operate on rugs?
Generally, it can work on carpets up to 26mm, but there are special circumstances where very thick wool or hard carpet sweepers may not work. If RoboVac is required to reach the carpet from the floor, the carpet must be less than 17mm.
